Creative Force allows you to connect your account to a range of different Data Sources, Post Production Vendors, Asset Delivery Locations, and Asset Automation Tools. This article goes over how to take advantage of our various connectors.

Getting Started

The Connectors Page is found under Studio Settings β†’ Integrations β†’ Connectors.

From there, you will see an overview of all of your connectors. On the top-left, you will see the filter settings for the function and the state of your connectors.

We have four main types of Connectors: Data Source, Post Production, Asset Delivery, and Cloud Automation.

You can directly switch the toggle to enable or disable the connectors. Or, directly click on the connector to see more info.

After clicking on the connector, you will be brought to a pop-up menu with an overview and a link to its specific documentation.

πŸ—£οΈ Tip: For specific instructions on how to enable, set up, and use each connector, you can visit their dedicated connector article. Each is linked in the 'Available Connectors' section further down on this page.

Types of Connectors

Depending on the type of connector, they can have multiple functions. For instance, Amazon S3 is both a data source and an asset delivery location. You may be sourcing your Job data from an S3 location while also delivering images there once they have completed production.

Below, we will review the different categories of connectors and their use cases.

Data Source

A data source allows you to ingest job data directly from a digital location. This allows you to automate your job data imports by having another system deposit data regarding your jobs.

You can learn more about creating a Data Source from our setup article below.

Post Production

You are able to sync Creative Force directly to your post-production provider via FTP/SFTP, API, or a pre-built vendor-specific connector.

You can learn more about post-production from our related article below.

Asset Delivery

Set up a specific delivery location for your finalized assets to be delivered after production has been completed.

Cloud Automation

Cloud Automation Connectors interface with Workflow V2, and allow studios to run assets through additional layers of processing, such as AI Automation.

Available Connectors

In the table below, you can find a list of currently available connectors and their available functions.

πŸ“ Note: If a specific connector does not appear as an option in your Studio Settings, you may need to speak with your CSM first to have it enabled.

Data Feeds

In addition to our add-on connectors, you will also note some additional Integrations called 'Feeds.' These are general technology connectors and are enabled by default when setting up your account. Data Feeds integrate as Data Source connectors.
