The Kling AI Connector brings yet another option for AI automation in your content production workflows. The Kling Connector is supported for Image to Video and features the ability to define multi-shot prompts.

โž• Add On: Kling is an add-on that integrates with Workflow Engine V2. If you are interested in using it in your studio, please contact your CSM.

Getting Started

Enable Connector

Once the connector is available in your account, head to Studio Settings > Connectors > Kling and enable the connector.

Enter API Key

Fill in the Access and Secret Keys from your Kling AI account and click 'Save.' For more information on obtaining your keys, please see the external guide found here.

Image to Video

As a Cloud Automation connector, you can use Kling for the Image to Video sub-function. Image to Video allows AI automated video content using your production assets as inputs.

Enable Sub-Function

Select the Image to Video tab and enable the feature. You can enter a text prompt, your desired format and duration, how many variants youโ€™d like, and more.

Prompt Configuration

Kling Specific Prompts

Prompt Option

Function

AI Model

Select between:

  • Kling 2.5

  • Kling 3

Multi-Shot Video

Configure up to 6 segmented sections of your output video that can function on independent prompts.

Multi-Shot Video

When selecting Kling 3 as the AI Model, there is a unique prompt option called Multi-Shot Video.

To forego multi-shot and just create a single-shot input, just deactivate the toggle next to the prompt option:

When Multi-Shot is enabled, you will have the option to enter an individual prompt and a length duration for each segmented video section.

๐Ÿ“ Note: While each individual shot can be less than 3 seconds in duration, the total runtime across shots must be at least 3 seconds.

Grab the dotted-row icon to drag and reorder shots as necessary. To add an additional shot, click Add Shot, or select the trash icon to delete a shot.

Using Kling

Kling Tester

You can try the Kling Image to Video subfunction by clicking the โ€˜Try Itโ€™ button from the Connector menu.

๐Ÿ“ Note: Using the tester is available to all Creative Force customers at no charge and does not require you to add account details, like an API key.

๐Ÿ› ๏ธ Permissions: To use the tester, users need to be in a Role with 'View' or 'Edit' permissions for 'Connectors.'
