Nuxeo Connector

How to set up and use the Nuxeo Connector in Creative Force.

Nuxeo is a highly scalable, cloud-native, enterprise open source content management system with rich multimedia support.

Add On: Nuxeo is an add-on Connector. If you are interested in using it in your studio, please contact your CSM.


Enable Connector

Once the connector is available in your account, head to Studio Settings > Connectors > Nuxeo, and enable the connector.

Available Functions

Delivery Location

With the Nuxeo Connector enabled, you can deliver completed assets directly to a Nuxeo Instance.

Nuxeo Specific Setup

The next sections will cover specific configuration options for Nuxeo that are not covered in the general article.

⚠️ Important:

  • Some credentials needed for setup require first creating an OAuth2 Client & Workspace in Nuxeo. For directions on setting this up, please see our related article here.

  • Depending on your permissions and familiarity with the interface and technology, you may need to contact your Internal IT Team to complete the step or obtain the required information below.

Configuration Option

Function

Nuxeo URL

Set the App URL that Creative Force will deliver to.

Example: https://cf.apps.nuxeo.io

Username/Password

Enter the credentials Creative Force should use to log in to the URL.

Nuxeo Client ID

Required credentials generated in the OAuth2 Client/Workspace step.

Nuxeo Client Secret

Required credentials generated in the OAuth2 Client/Workspace step.

Nuxeo Workspace Path

The path where files are kept. You can get the Workspace path by copying the path of the Workspace in the URL.

Nuxeo Types

Nuxeo Types are a classification for documents that will be delivered to Nuxeo.

Select 'Get Type' once the connection has been set to load in and select.

🗣️ Tip: Copy the Workspace Path from the point beyond 'browse' in the URL.
