Cloud Automation Overview

How Cloud Automation enables AI workflows in Creative Force.

Written by Jameson

Cloud Automation allows studios to integrate AI into their production workflows via both pre-configured partner connectors and custom api connections. These connectors enable powerful new features, such as image–to–video, and further enhance existing features like copywriting.

Feature Overview

Fundamentally, Cloud Automation in Creative Force is a packaging mechanism for AI automation. Integrated via your Workflows, you are able to define specific functions that enrich your assets, product data, and much more.

AI Solutions

The solutions offered in a Cloud Automation step depend on the available functions of its associated connector. In the table below, review a full list of those functions.

Add to Workflows

When working with Virtual Model or Image to Video powered connectors, it is recommended to use a Generative Workflow to support the outputs. To use a Cloud Automation connector in your Productions, add a Cloud Automation step to your Workflow and select the specific connector from the connector grid.

With the connector selected, you will be shown its available solutions. Select the desired function to add it as a step.

Final Selection

When your Workflow contains Cloud Automation steps with certain connectors, such as Dreem, before the Final Selection step, additional configuration options become available in the Workflow.

Mapping assets to Style Guide Positions will be available in the Connector Interface.

Upon completion of the step, the Production will move directly to the next available Workflow Step after Final Selection.

Cloud Upload Experience

With some configuration combinations, you will be able to independently set the upload experience for Cloud Automation (Pre-Selection, Pre-Selection by Position. Learn more)

Cloud Automation QC

With a Cloud Automation QC Workflow Step added, you can review all assets modified by AI within Creative Force after completion of the step.
