WebDAV, or Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning, is an extension of the HTTP/1.1 protocol that allows users to collaboratively edit, manage, and transfer files directly on a remote web server. It treats web servers as writable, mountable drives, making it ideal for remote file storage and document management.

Enable Connector

This Connector is automatically available when your studio account is first set up. To enable it for use, head to Studios Settings > Connectors > WebDav and select to enable.

Available Functions

Delivery Location

With the WebDAV Connector enabled, you can deliver completed assets to a server using WebDAV. This is done on each individual client via the Studio Settings > Workspaces menu.

For more information on setting up and using WebDAV as a Delivery Location, see our related article here.
