In this section, we'll cover each of the settings in Editing Workspaces.
For the first day of the week, you have the choice between Monday or Sunday. As for the first week of the year, you can select between First 4-day Week, First Full Week, or Starts January 1.
Sample settings
Samples pooling allows you to share samples across different jobs and workspaces. This feature is particularly useful when:
Creating multiple jobs at different times with the same products
Working with different products that share the same samples
Avoiding duplicate sample checking in the system
Styling settings (Outfit pairing rules)

Delivery options (Asset delivery)
Here you can define where your final assets will be delivered.
Click "Add" to set up delivery options. Below a list of the supported delivery locations:

Metadata namespace
This step allows for the customization of your metadata, which can then be utilized within metadata rules in presets.
Here, you can create your own metadata schema name and add dedicated properties. Note that this is available in XMP only.
Note:
The Properties field has a 4096 character limit. Exceeding this limit will prevent data from being saved.
When setting up metadata rules for presets, you'll see your schema and properties listed (e.g., 'XMP Demo Metadata (Demo)' with properties like 'Agency', 'Modelname', 'Model_size', etc.).
The combination of the expanded property system and custom metadata schemas significantly enhances your ability to automate metadata creation.

Import Settings
Here you can define how products are imported into Creative Force by selecting the appropriate product status during import.
