With Creative Force, it is possible to create the asset delivery place to the following servers:
Box.com
Nuxeo
Before adding Nuxeo as a delivery option, you will need to create OAuth2 client and workspace in Nuxeo first.
To add Nuxeo as a delivery option, go to Studio settings -> Clients -> Edit Client -> Delivery options. Click ‘Add’.
For Nuxeo, you will need to fill in information for:
Nuxeo URL (ex: https://cf.apps.nuxeo.io): is the URL you are delivering to
Username and password to login to the Nuxeo URL.
ClientId and ClientSecret that are created from Create OAuth2 Client.
Workspace path: where you keep the files in Nuxeo
How to get the workspace path:
You can get the Workspace path by copying the path of the Workspace in the URL.
Ex: the URL is https://example-uat.apps.prod.nuxeo.io/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse/default-domain/CF%20Tan%20Workspace, you need to copy the path from the slash behind https://example-uat.apps.prod.nuxeo.io/nuxeo/ui/#!/browse.
=> workspath path is default-domain/CF%20Tan%20Workspace
Nuxeo types: Select from the dropdown list, it is the type of document, which will be delivered to Nuxeo.
Folder pattern: Where the assets will be stored. By separating words or tokens with a slash ‘/’ you will create a subfolder.
Variant folder: Where the variants will be stored. You can choose between 3 options: The same folder as the main output - In a subfolder (you will then have to name the folder) - In a folder using the preset variant code
Non-select folder pattern: Where the non-selects will be stored. It is the same as creating a folder pattern above. You can choose words and tokens, then separate them with a slash ‘/’.
Use the original file name: The Public ID supports all printable characters except for the following reserved characters :?&#\%<>. In addition, spaces and forward slashes (/) cannot be used as the first or last character of the Public ID.
Letter case: Select between No Change, lowercase, or UPPERCASE for your file path and filename.
When file exist: You can choose to Keep both or Replace the existing file.
Once that is done, you can see in the list if the connection is working or not, allowing you to verify that Creative Force has the correct access to the method you have chosen.
If it says ‘Failed to check’, the connection has not been integrated. Please check the info you have filled in again, if everything is correct, please contact our support team for more details.
