Happy Sprint Release Day! đ
We're thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity. This release includes updates to Resourcing, Booking Portal, AI Features, Workflows, Copywriting and more!
We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback directly to our product team via product@creativeforce.io.
Resourcing â Availability and Bookings, All in Creative Force
Resourcing is now available in Creative Force. It lets you manage availability and bookings for talent and crew inside the platform. You don't need to send large numbers of individual emails, or copy replies into a spreadsheet or another system. You can request availability from many resources across a date range in one step, then place holds, confirm bookings and assign resources to sessions, all on one shared calendar. Resourcing is fully connected to the calendar page and to your talent and crew, so sessions, people and bookings stay in sync across planning.
Resourcing adapts to how your studio works. In Studio Settings, you can rename statuses, change their colors and icons, pin the ones you use most to the Quick Action bar, and choose which statuses resources can see.

Booking Portal â Confirm, Decline and Share Availability Without Logging In
Resources confirm bookings and share their availability in the Booking Portal, which opens from their email and needs no login. They can accept, decline or mark dates available, add context in a note, and update their response at any time.
Each response automatically updates the entry's status in Resourcing, so your calendar always shows their latest answer. Each response is sent straight back to you as a Notification Center alert, and by email if your studio turns that on.
Auto-Apply Updates for To Do & Backlog Items
A new studio setting, Apply Latest Style Guide Version, keeps To Do and Backlog items on the latest published Style Guide version automatically. With it turned on, publishing a Style Guide update applies it to every product and task that hasn't started work, with no manual Apply Updates needed. Until now, updates only reached unstarted work when someone applied them manually, which was easy to miss and a common source of errors.
Products and tasks still waiting to start now stay current on their own. Work already in progress is unchanged and receives Style Guide updates only when a user applies them manually.
New Controls for AI Governance
When it comes to using AI in Creative Force, you are in complete control. Our new AI Governance area in Studio settings gives you the ability to view details of each AI vendor and model used in Creative Force, approve the ones youâd like used in your account, and view reporting on the whatâs been approved and who approved it.
Starting today, if you want to add a new AI feature to your account (AI Copywriting, Product Tagging, etc) you need to agree to the vendors and AI models that power prior to being able to add it to your workflows.
Already using AI features in your workflows? Youâll have four weeks to agree to the AI vendors and models.
Add Metadata for AI Content
Weâre introducing a new way to ensure AI provenance details are available on assets at Asset Delivery. Adding AI metadata in presets ensures key provenance details - what AI model was used, what action was done, etc - are stored on the asset. This enables you to be compliant with relevant legislation, company policy, or just ensure details of AI actions are available in your downstream systems.
Filtering Products by Production When Creating an Outfit
We've added a Product Request filter to the product browser in Outfit Builder. By default, the browser shows Product Records with Requests available. You can switch the filter at any time, even while an outfit is partly built.
Asset Delivery for Azure Blob
You can now use the Azure Blob connector as an Asset Delivery destination, not only as a data source. Configure authentication, the target path and container, and delivery behavior directly in the connector. This gives you a consistent way to deliver assets to Azure Blob Storage while keeping destination setup aligned with the connection options used for ingestion.
Production Type Triggers: Re-attempt Trigger on Reset
Resetting a triggered Production Type now sends it back to Backlog and re-evaluates its trigger automatically. If the trigger conditions are met, the Production Type re-triggers right away and passes through assets as configured. If a work unit is reset and the trigger conditions are not met, the trigger re-arms and responds when the conditions become valid.
Prior to todayâs release, resetting a triggered Production Type didn't re-evaluate the trigger at all, making testing and work execution difficult. Production Types that don't use triggers are unchanged and behave exactly as before.
New Alert for Copywriting Data Readiness
Last sprint we introduced the Data Readiness Gate which ensures tasks progress to Copywriting once the required data is available. This sprint weâre adding an alert to the Copywriting and Copywriting QC kanbans to indicate which tasks are not ready to progress because they are waiting for data.
MCP: Mention Editorial & Collections In Your Prompts
We've expanded what MCP can tell you about editorial work. Alongside querying editorial projects and deliverables, your AI can now know what document library exists for both. Review Collections have also been expanded, so you can ask what came back from a client review: who opened it, what was approved or rejected and what is currently waiting for a review.
API: Get Assets with Position Name
A new read-only endpoint in the Public API, POST /v1/assets/get-by-products, returns the assets for a set of products together with each asset's Position Name and Position ID.
You can filter by product, Production Type, or Step, and page through large result sets, Capture assets included. This gives integrations a single call for pulling asset data with position details into downstream systems.
Dreem Updates
In Dreem, we released source tag support in the Creative Force connector, so each input image lands in the right position when a generation starts from a Creative Force task. We also made it possible to add your own items to the Outfit Builder wardrobe.
