Happy Sprint Release Day! đ
Weâve packed this sprint with enhancements designed to give your teams more flexibility, visibility, and control across their workflows. This release introduces mixed production type sessions in Planning, configurable watermarks for AI-generated assets, more flexible resourcing responses, reusable Review Groups, and improvements to Label Recognition, review workflows, Copywriting, Data Source monitoring, and Dreem.
Weâre always eager to hear your thoughts, so donât hesitate to share your feedback.
Mixed Production Type Sessions in Planning
You can now plan and shoot several production types in one session. When creating a new session, choose Mixed Production from the Production Type dropdown, and the session takes its production types from the production you add to it. Work shot on the same set, with the same model, on the same day no longer has to be split across several sessions.
In Kelvin, each product in a mixed session has one sub-lane for each production type it needs. When you scan or select a product, you choose the production type youâre shooting and the matching style guide loads, so you donât need to swap sessions or re-scan.
Visible Watermark for AI Generated Images & Videos
Creative Force now supports configurable visible watermarks for AI generated images and videos in both Ecomm and Editorial workflows. This helps ensure your content follows requirements from legislation relevant to your business like the EU AI Act or the New York Synthetic Performer Act.
Teams can choose from default watermarks or upload their own in Studio Settings, and can manage which assets get watermarks at Asset Delivery in Presets.
Partial Availability Response in Resourcing
You can now answer availability requests without marking every day in the range. You can submit as soon as one day is marked, and the days you answer show up in the resourcing calendar right away. Any days you leave blank come back to you as new, smaller requests, so no day goes unanswered.
Full Month Visible in Resourcing
The month view in Resourcingâs calendar now includes the surrounding days needed to show complete weeks. This eliminates the need to create multiple requests when booking for the whole week at the beginning or the end of the month.
Reusable Review Groups for Faster Collection Sharing
Review Groups are saved lists of reviewers, each with a set role, created in Studio Settings under Collection. When sharing a Collection, pick a group in the invite field to add everyone at once with their roles, instead of adding people and setting permissions one by one. Each person is added individually, so they get their own invite and verification code, and their comments stay under their own name.
Label Recognition Updates
The latest Label Recognition updates help teams review and edit garment details more easily. Care instructions that arenât matched to care icons and can now be edited, as can notes that occasionally accompany Material Composition.
Weâve also improved the ability for Label Recognition to support non-fashion items like homewares by ensuring care instructions for non-fashion items are displayed in Care Instructions and content like storage and usage details are displayed in the Other Notes section.
Configurable Backgrounds in Selection & Review Steps
Weâve added configurable backgrounds and the color picker tool to Final Selection, Photo Review, and Post Review. Reviewers can now select white or any other background color instead of the default dark background, the same way they already can in QC steps.
Picking the right background makes it easier to judge contrast, edges, and color accurately, so teams can evaluate images consistently across all review stages. The setting only changes how the image is displayed, never the file itself.
Copywriting: Bundle Logic
Copywriting tasks for bundled product are now easier to manage. Copywriters can now choose whether a merge-token update applies to one product or all products in a bundle. The workflow shows the affected count and highlights product-specific differences before the change is applied.
Data Source Sync Event Log and Failure Alerts
Improved sync monitoring makes Data Source issues easier to detect and troubleshoot. Event details and failure alerts help teams keep integrations moving and reduce uncertainty when processing does not complete as expected. Access this through Studio Settings > Data Sources > Actions > Event Log and start the investigation.
Dreem Updates
In Dreem, we released a choice of model for Image-to-Video, so you can pick MiniMax for speed and close prompt following, or Kling for more detail on complex patterns. We also made the chat agent ask which product you mean when a photo or session holds more than one.
