With Creative Force AI connected to your Studio in Creative Force, you'll get access to Generative AI for Copywriting developed specifically for eComm content creation.
To use AI Automation in Copywriting, you will need to have enabled the Creative Force AI Connector, created a Copywriting Workflow, and created a text-type Custom Production Type.
AI Automation Workflow Settings
When the Creative Force AI Connector has been enabled, Pre-Writing can be associated with a Copywriting step in a text production Workflow, and the following configuration options will become available:
Auto-Continue
Creative Force will auto-continue tasks after auto-generated content is successfully executed. This may be useful in scenarios where some fields are auto-generated with AI, but other Copywriting Fields are meant for manual entry during QC.
With Allow Auto QA Override Enabled: Tasks will Auto-Continue to the QC Step without fulfilling all task requirements.
With Allow Auto QA Override Disabled: Tasks will only be auto-continued in cases where all copywriting field requirements have been fulfilled.
Tasks that have auto-completed the Copywriting step due to Auto-Continue will be marked with the Magic Icon in the overview:
AI Automation Style Guide Settings
Once you have your Workflow and Style Guide created, you can start integrating Creative Force AI into your Style Guide’s Copywriting configuration.
Note: AI Automation is currently only supported in the field type ‘Text Area.'
When you click ‘Continue,’ you will see a section for AI Automation. Switch on the toggle to set up the configuration per your preference.
Prompt Instructions
Creative Force AI's Prompt Instruction Templates allow users to generate tailored, high-quality e-commerce content by providing specific guidelines that the AI follows when creating text.
In the 'Prompt Instruction' field, input your template using Template Blocks and Control Structures. To ensure consistency in output format and tone of voice, the Prompt Instruction must follow our Creative Force AI Templating Structure.
In the 'Reference Example' field, provide an example of the output you would expect to see using this prompt.
The AI may not generate perfect copy based on the Reference Example or Prompt Instructions alone. For best results, make sure both fields are filled out and support eachother logically.
Example Prompt Instruction:
[language = English_US]
{{technical_specs | informative, to the point, 2 sentences, about the product, first sentence should state the Fit and Fabric, second sentence should describe the appearance of the product}}
Example Reference Text:
This regular-fit t-shirt is crafted from 100% organic cotton jersey with a soft, breathable weave that maintains its shape after washing. The classic crew neck design features short sleeves and a clean, minimalist silhouette in a versatile solid color with a small embroidered logo on the left chest.
Note:
Writing prompt instructions in English is currently recommended, as this works best with the available Creative Force AI models.
If another language is desired for the output, write the Prompt Instruction in English and replace
[language = English_US]with[language = German_DE](or the desired language) where shown in the above example. If no language tag is added, the output will default to English.
Prompt Properties
Add up to 50 Prompt Properties that will make relevant product data available to the AI within the Copywriting task.
Use the "T" button to browse through all available Product Properties.
To quickly search for the Product Property you want, type '%' in the Values input and begin to type the property name.
AI Automation In Copywriting Tasks
When opening a Copywriting task from the Copywriting Kanban, you can generate text into a specific Field by clicking the Magic Icon in the lower right corner of the field.
To generate multiple or all of the available text area fields, select the task-level 'Generate' button up at the top left of the view.
In the task-level Automation menu, all available fields can be accessed from the drop-down and toggled on or off independently.
Task Automation Menu
The Action "Generate" will open up the Automation Menu. Here, you'll see everything that was configured in the Field Settings for a specific Copywriting Field via the Style Guide configuration.
Any assets associated with other completed Productions will also show in the left-hand side bar, adding additional visual context for the output text.
AI Adjustments
Once copy-text has been generated for a field, the AI automation icon will allow several adjustment commands to become available:
Rewrite: Resubmit the prompt to AI to generate new text.
Shorter: Resubmit the prompt to AI to generate a truncated version of the text.
Longer: Resubmit the prompt to AI to generate an embellished version of the text.
Note:
If your tasks are set up to be Bundled by Style Code, the auto-generated copy will be generated from the first product in that bundle.
When a user clicks the "Generate" button on the Task page, the generated text will depend on the Product that is actively selected on the task panel to the right.
