The Cloud Automation QC is a quality control step that allows reviewers to verify and manage the output of automated Cloud Automation processing in your workflow.
In order to make this step part of your workflow it needs to be set up as a consecutive step to the Cloud Automation step:
We will now cover the key feature of the QC step-
QC Levels
Creative Force offers multiple levels of Cloud Automation QC to accommodate different review requirements. Starting with the basic Cloud Automation QC, you can implement additional layers of review through L1 and L2 levels, allowing for increasingly detailed quality control processes as needed for your specific workflow.
QC Interface
When you access the Cloud Automation QC menu in Gamma, you'll find a review environment similar to existing QC steps. Here you can review both original and AI-processed assets side by side, making it easy to compare and evaluate the automated processing results.
Instructions and approval
As a reviewer, you have several options for managing processed assets. The "Pass Through" feature allows you to choose the original input asset when it better serves your needs than the AI-processed version.
You can also add specific instructions for subsequent workflow steps if minor adjustments are needed. When automated processing results don't meet requirements, you have the option to reject specific assets back to Cloud Automation for reprocessing.
Recommended Practices
Successful implementation of Cloud Automation QC relies on thorough asset review using the side-by-side comparison view. Take time to evaluate whether AI-processed outputs meet your requirements or if original assets might better serve your needs. When providing instructions for additional adjustments, ensure they are clear and specific. Reserve rejection for cases where complete reprocessing by Cloud Automation is truly necessary.
