During production, it is important that you catch any issues as quickly as possible to fix them in time and reduce the chance of having a bigger problem down the line.

This is why within the Creative Force system, we offer various steps where you can view your assets and either approve or reject them with clear instructions. This article will show you the difference between the approval steps available in Creative Force:

  • Can also happen at the same time with Photography in Kelvin

  • Cannot be bypassed

  • After Final Selection, before Post QC and Post Review

  • Can be enabled or bypassed for selected positions by Workflow & Style Guide settings

  • After Photo Review, before Post Review

  • Can be enabled or bypassed by Workflow settings

  • After Post QC, before Asset delivery

4. Example use cases for the approval steps

Final Selection

Photo Review

Post QC

Post Review

Select final photos out of the wider range of images provided by the Photographer. For example multiple poses or styling options to choose from for specific positions in the Style Guide.

Approval of the finally selected photos with option to ask for reshoot.

Quality control of the post production. Can be done for External or Internal Post.

Serves as an additional review step that allows you to ensure your assets meet technical specifications and requirements before Asset delivery.
