After setting up the correct skill for Post Review, you can start working on setting up your workflow.
Post Review is a review step after post production, so you can find this step in the Post Production tab in your Workflow:
As implied by its name, Post Review requires post-production on your Workflow to be enabled for it to work. Only the production type you have selected will be impacted by this step.
Depending on the workflow module that you have selected, you will have different options to place the Post Review step.
Selected Post Production Model | Post Review placement options |
Outsourcing (External) | Before Asset Delivery |
Outsourcing with exception handling (External with option to Internal) | Before Asset Delivery |
Overflow (option to External or Internal) | Before Asset Delivery |
Internal Post | Before Asset Delivery |

Then, you will be able to select which positions to be reviewed:
All positions: All positions in the Style Guide will run through Post Review step
Hero position: Only the Hero position in the Style Guide will run through Post Review step
After setting up the workflow, the tasks will be available on the Post Review Kanban view.
Depending on the flow, if a task is rejected at Post Review, it will be brought back to the last preceding post-production step.
Note:
If Post Review is placed after a QC step and that QC step is bypassed either by the workflow setting or by the user's action, the task will be pushed to Post Review.
If Post Review is placed after External Post QC step, and the External Post step is bypassed by the user's action, the Post Review step will also be bypassed.
