Creative Force introduces Auto-Apply Watermark for AI Content, enabling customers to automatically watermark images and videos that have been edited or generated using AI. This helps companies meet regulatory requirements and internal AI transparency policies without manually applying watermarks after asset delivery. As a result, AI-related assets are production-ready and clearly identifiable when they leave Creative Force.
Introduction
This article explains how to use the Auto-Apply Watermark for AI Content feature in Creative Force. It includes two sections: Watermark Library, which covers how to upload and manage watermarks, and Setting up watermarks within a preset, which explains how to configure automatic watermark application for AI-generated or AI-edited content.
⚙️ Watermark settings are located under Studio Settings, which requires the appropriate user access to configure.
Supported Output Formats
AI Watermark can be applied to the following output formats: JPG/JPEG, PNG, PSD, PSB, TIF/TIFF, TGA, MOV, and MP4.
Watermark Library
Use the Watermark Library to manage the watermarks available in your account. You can upload your own watermark or customize one of the available defaults, choose its placement, and adjust its transparency.
Default Watermarks
To view the settings for a default watermark, click its icon. Default watermarks cannot be edited directly. To customize one, create a new watermark based on the default and adjust its settings.
Custom Watermarks
To create a custom watermark, click Add. You can upload a watermark from your computer or customize one of the default watermarks.

Choose from default watermark and customizeWhen you are finished, click Save. Your watermark is now ready to use in the next step, configuring the Watermark Preset.
Watermark Preset
You can configure an AI watermark for each variant in the Preset settings in both Ecom and Editorial. By default, the setting is No AI Watermark. Click the Settings icon to choose how the watermark should be applied to the spec.

Production Run
A production run applies the watermark settings that are active at Asset Delivery. Any changes you make to the Watermark Library or Watermark Preset apply only to future production runs. They do not update or re-render assets that have already been delivered.
Creative Force will not add a watermark to assets that are identified as being watermarked in the asset's C2PA data.
Before starting a production run with an AI watermark, review the scenarios below to understand when the watermark will be applied and what result to expect.
