Editorial Galleries in Creative Force transform how teams organize and curate large volumes of assets, offering an intuitive folder-based structure that makes image management effortless. This feature improves asset organization, enhances the selection process, and allows studios to share assets for external review.
Getting Started
To access Editorial Galleries, head into the detail screen of an Editorial Project, then select the Images tab along the top menu:
Gallery Subtabs
The Image tab will be subdivided into various gallery types on the left-hand menu, allowing you to access targeted types of assets by navigating between them.
Gallery Subtab | Description |
Production | View only assets related to completed production work in related Deliverables. |
Favorites | View assets that have been favorited within other subtabs. |
Uploaded | View only assets that were manually uploaded via Gamma. |
Galleries | View only assets assigned to specific user-created galleries. |
Filter & Display
In most Gallery subtabs, you will find similar available actions that can be performed to interact with the assets of a given selection.
Action | Function |
| To apply filters for which assets should show in the gallery, select the filter icon and then apply the desired filter. To remove an applied filter, hover over it and select the 'X' icon to the top right of the element. |
| Use the free-text box to search for assets with specific matching text, for example, '.jpg,' or specific asset names. |
| Select the Display Settings Icon to control how information is shown at a glance. Set one of three View Modes: List, List + Thumbnail, & Grid. |
→ Thumbnail Size | Under Display Settings, use the slider to scale up or down the relative size of the Image thumbnails. |
→ Sort Order | Under Display Settings, select a sort order option to apply specific grouping or ordering logic to displayed assets. |
| With an asset selected, select this icon to view the asset's Deliverable Overview panel. |
Adding Assets
Besides filtering and display options, you can also use the Add button to bring in additional assets via different methods.
Upload Method | Description |
Upload Images | Upload new assets directly from your hard drive. |
Upload via Kelvin | Prompts an option to print a project sheet with a barcode that can be scanned in Kelvin. Uploading the assets via Kelvin will link them directly back to the current Project. |
Reuse Images | Filter, search, and select from assets sourced from other productions previously completed in Creative Force. |
Actions Menu
Other actions can be found by clicking on the Actions button or right-clicking on a specific Asset. The available actions may vary depending on the specific tab you are in when prompting the menu.
Share Assets
Within certain Gallery subtabs, you will have the option to share selected assets. This allows you to create a gallery of images that can be shared with external stakeholders for review and feedback.

Contact Sheets
One helpful action available in the gallery view allows you to generate a contact sheet to print or send to other stakeholders. First, select all of the images you would like included on the contact sheet. Then select the 'Actions' button, and hit 'Contact Sheet.'
From here, you’ll be taken to a preview of the contact sheet where you have the option to make some adjustments to fit specific needs and preferences. Click the switches icon on the top toolbar to adjust: size of thumbnails, asset wrapping, sort order, and what information is displayed.
Once the contact sheet is formatted to your liking, all that is left to do is print. Click the blue 'Print’ button to open up your device's print dialogue, send it to print, or 'Save' it to your device as a PDF.
