Happy Sprint Release Day! We’re excited to bring you updates to make your workflow more collaborative and integrated. 🎉

This release introduces Photo Review Collections for streamlined asset approvals, a new Asset Delivery connector, and even more Sample Management API options.

Share Selects for Approval in New Photo Review Collections

We’re thrilled to announce Photo Review Collections, a powerful new way to share E-Comm selects for external review and enhance collaboration with clients.

Say goodbye to juggling emails, spreadsheets, and separate tools for feedback and approvals. Photo Review Collections allow you to group assets ready for review into shareable collections, send them to external reviewers (no license required), and gather real-time feedback—all in one place.

Studios can also customize functions for reviewers, enable ALT asset visibility, and even automate task approvals, so your selection process can move forward without delay.

Photo Review: Drag and Drop to Update Selection

When updating selection in Photo Review, we now support drag and drop to reorder assets. This experience update allows you to not only reorder within a single position, but also drag an asset from one position to another–all without leaving the main task view.

New Orange Logic DAM Connector

We've added a new Orange Logic connector that supports asset delivery and management. Our Orange Logic connector supports asset upload, version updates, and metadata mapping, ensuring efficient asset handling.

Studios can expect the same productivity benefits available in other Asset Delivery connectors, including automated asset naming, tags, metaproperty creation, folder organization, and duplicate handling.

Support API Sample Check-In Using Product ID

The API endpoint "POST Change Samples Location" has been improved to offer more ways to update sample locations. When using this API, a list of up to 20 Product IDs can be provided in the productIds field, and all samples associated with those products will be updated to the Location ID specified.

This works just like it does in the web application—any samples linked to the Product IDs provided will have their location updated. This enhancement simplifies the process by letting you update multiple samples in one request, saving time and effort compared to handling each sample individually.
