Happy Sprint Release Day! We're thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity.

This release includes updates to the Assets Hub, simplified auto-variant creation and supporting Cloudinary’s Upload Presets.

We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback. 🚀

Asset Hub Updates

We made it easier to view asset details by adding a slide-in that shows information on properties, production, styling and more. To access this asset information, simply click on the sidebar icon next to the Actions button or right click on an asset and select Show Information.

The Assets Hub now includes ‘Latest’ as a new default option for the Step filter, mirroring the way assets are filtered within Product and Production views. This dynamic filter displays assets from their most recently completed step in the workflow, allowing users to focus on the most up-to-date versions of their assets.

Added Support for Cloudinary Upload Presets

When configuring a Cloudinary delivery location, a new field is now available for setting up Cloudinary Upload Presets. Studios can enter the preset name to apply pre-configured actions during uploads, such as transformations or metadata. This update ensures seamless support for delivery workflows that depend on Cloudinary’s upload presets within Creative Force.

Alongside this update, we’ve also improved the logic used to randomly generate Public IDs in Cloudinary so that folder paths are no longer included.

Simplified Auto-Variant Creation

Studios can now generate auto-variants without requiring a post-production step. This update addresses inefficiencies for teams working with pre-finalized or wholesale images that don’t need retouching. By bypassing the post-production requirement, studios can save time and focus on delivering assets faster.

Smarter Kanban Task Loading

We've updated the task loading logic in Final Selection, Photo Review, Post Review, and Post QC Kanban boards to better align with user filters.

Task loading now respects the current Kanban board filter:

  • When you complete the last task under a specific filter, you'll return to the Kanban view

  • Changing filters will reveal additional available tasks

This update addresses customer feedback by making task management more intuitive and filter-responsive, giving you greater control over your workflow.
