Happy Sprint Release Day! We're thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity.

This release includes a new number property type, updates to Photo Review, a new ‘Mark All’ task action, and new settings to define the sample type when creating from a scan.

We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback. 🚀

New Number Property Type for Enhanced Data Handling

We’re excited to introduce the new ‘Number’ property type, fulfilling a long-requested feature. This update allows you to manage numeric data accurately, featuring true numeric sorting and advanced filters tailored for numbers.

With the Number Property Type, numeric values can be sorted ascending or descending (as expected) and enables quick data analysis using the new filters like ‘greater than’, ‘less than’ or ‘is between’. You can also choose your preferred number formats, including decimal symbols and thousand separators, to match personal and regional preferences.

This enhancement greatly improves managing large datasets, making numeric values easier to use and analyze.

More Capabilities in the Photo Review Task Asset Grid for Improved Experience

We have done a combination of small tweaks and larger improvements to provide more capabilities in the Photo Review task screen. This has come from various pieces of user experience feedback from our customers and we’re glad to announce their release!

It is now possible to “Update Selection” in the task’s main asset grid. With a single button, alts are revealed in the asset grid and you can choose which assets to change as the selected ones. To facilitate this, we've added the position names and asset count requirements in the grid as well. This greatly enhances the user experience from previously executing these functions in separate smaller panels.

Additionally, now you can choose to show Model Elements beneath your assets in the task screen as well to better inform your review decisions.

Smaller additional tweaks also include making the Thumbnail Slider and Display Elements menu more centrally accessible as well.

New Task Action to Mark all for Instruction or Rejection for Increased Efficiency

We’ve added a new action to increase efficiency in our task screens!

We’ve added ‘Mark All for Instruction’ and ‘Mark All for Rejection’ as actions in actions menus and task three-dot menus where applicable.

Set Sample Type for Creating New Samples from Rescanned Items

We’ve introduced a new feature to streamline the check-in process when creating new samples from items that have already been scanned and checked in.

You can now set a default sample type (Styling or Production item) in Flow Alert Settings. When scanning a previously checked-in sample, the system will automatically apply the preset sample type for the new sample, reducing the need for manual adjustments.

For added flexibility, you can override the default sample type directly in the check-in popup, allowing you to choose between Styling or Production items on-the-fly.
