Happy Sprint Release Day! For the last sprint release of 2024, we’re excited to introduce updates that bring improved navigation for task management and enhanced tools for Photo Review, Planning, and Copywriting.

These updates are designed to enrich your experience, and we hope you find them helpful. As always, your feedback is welcome—check out the details at the bottom to share your thoughts with us.

As 2025 approaches, there’s so much to look forward to, including exciting new product updates. 🎊 Thank you for being part of this journey!

Clearer Workflow Navigation for Better Task Management

We’ve redesigned the workflow navigation to provide a clearer, more intuitive experience for tasks like Final Selection, Photo Review, and QC. This update replaces the previous “Flow” tab in the right-side panel, delivering a more streamlined and user-friendly way to manage workflows.

Users can now easily see which step comes next in the process, and in workflows with branching paths or exceptions, adjustments can be made directly within the interface. Additionally, if assets are rejected, it’s immediately clear which step they will return to.

Show Product Information in Photo Review Collections

The latest release introduces the ability to display relevant product properties when using Photo Review Collections. By providing product details to reviewers, studios can support more informed decision-making and detailed feedback during the review process.

When creating a Photo Review Collection in Creative Force, product properties can be selected under Experience Settings. This allows studios to customize exactly which information is available during review.

Planned Session Cards: New Expanded Team Layout

A new Session Card Layout is now available in the Planning Calendar, offering an expanded view of the planned team. This layout displays the full names and skills of all team members assigned to a planned session.

You can enable this new Session Card Layout in the display settings, located in the upper-right corner of the Calendar. It can also be configured as part of your Saved Views for easy access.

Copywriting Update to Forbidden Terms

This sprint, we’ve updated the logic for forbidden words and sentences in the Copywriting Tool to ensure more precise flagging. Forbidden words will now trigger only on exact matches, rather than partial matches or “contains” logic. Similarly, forbidden sentences will be flagged only when they match exactly as entered.

This change aims to improve consistency and avoid unintended alerts for words or phrases that contain parts of a forbidden term.

Filter Jobs by Status with Updated API

The GET List Jobs API endpoint has been updated to include a new query parameter: StatusId. This enhancement allows users to filter the returned jobs by their specific statuses, providing more efficient control over job retrieval.

By using this new parameter, users can fine-tune their API queries to focus on the exact information they need, saving time and simplifying workflows.
