Post Review is an add-on feature allowing you to review images after post-production or to get feedback from clients or external reviewers before final delivery. Think of it as your last chance to perfect the work before sending it out into the world!
Once the Post Review feature is enabled in your Creative Force instance, set up the correct skill for this step. After that, you’ll need to configure it in your Workflow.
As implied by its name, Post Review requires post-production on your Workflow. Post Review must be placed once after post-production and before Asset Delivery. This order is essential for it to function properly.
Click on the Post Review step, and a settings panel will slide in from the right. You can decide when the step will happen:
All positions: Every position in the Style Guide goes through Post Review.
Hero position: Only the Hero position is reviewed in this step.
How to Perform Post Review
Once configured, Post Review tasks will appear in the Post Review Kanban page. Click here to learn more about performing a Post Review task.
Rejections from Post Review
If a task is rejected during Post Review, it goes back to the post-production step you chose. To make this happen, you’ll need to draw a Rejection transition to the preceding post-production step.
If Post Review follows a QC step that’s bypassed (either by the workflow setting or by the user's action), the task automatically moves to Post Review.
If Post Review is placed after External Post QC step, and the External Post step is bypassed by the user's action, the Post Review step will also be bypassed.
You cannot reject a task to a post-production step that has never been completed.
Transitions from Post Review
You can have multiple transitions from Post Review. Check out our Transition Management article for more details.
