You may run into an issue where despite having transferred thousands of images in the Kelvin, the transfer history appears empty. The following article will help you to maintain your Kelvin transfer history.

Kelvin needs a consistent workspace to run on. All the logs and data will be saved in that folder.

There are two possible scenarios here that cause the above error message.

  1. You have made a sudden change to the location of the Kelvin workspace

  2. You log in to a different computer than was used for previous transfers, in this case, the transfer history is not carried over to the new machine.

The fix is relatively simple which is switching back to the previous workspace folder that you used. If after doing so, the transfer screen still doesn’t show any transfers, please contact our support team.
