Happy Sprint Release day! Another sprint, another round of updates designed to make your day-to-day just a little bit easier.
From more flexible asset downloads to document previews and refined Copywriting tools, this release is all about giving teams more control and clarity—plus a fresh new name for a familiar feature: Workspaces.
We’re always working to improve your Creative Force experience, and we can’t wait to hear what you think. ✨
Clients Are Now Called Workspaces
As Creative Force continues to evolve, we're updating our terminology to better serve our diverse user base. Starting today, what was previously called "Clients" will now be known as "Workspaces" throughout the platform.
What’s Changing
This is a naming update only: “Client” is now “Workspace” across the interface. All existing workflows, setups, and processes will work exactly as before.
Why We're Making This Change
We've learned that teams use these organizational features in many different ways - from managing external client work to organizing internal teams and brands. The term "Workspace" better reflects this flexibility while maintaining all the functionality our users rely on.
There's nothing you need to do - this update will roll out automatically across the platform.
Choose Asset File Size & Folder Structure
When downloading assets, users can now select from multiple file sizes: Small and Medium (ideal for previews or thumbnails), or the Original file for full-resolution needs.
Users can also choose how files are organized upon download: continue using the existing nested folder structure, or switch to a flat folder structure that places all assets into a single folder—making large downloads easier to manage.
In-App Document Previews
Documents attached to Style Guides in E-Commerce or to Editorial Projects are a helpful way to share information with teams across the production process such as:
During Capture in our photography app (Kelvin)
During Final Selection, QC or Post Review steps in our web app (Gamma)
During Internal Post in our Photoshop and Premiere Pro apps (Hue and Luma)
Rather than downloading files to view them, teams can now preview documents directly within the app they are using by clicking the Preview option from the three-dot menu.

New Color Profiles Added
There are three new color profiles available to choose from when creating Presets:
GRACoL2013_CRPC6
SWOP2006_Coated3v2
SWOP2006_Coated5v2
When creating or editing a preset, simply click ‘Color Profile’ from the ‘Spec’ menu and the new options are at the end of the dropdown.
Minor Enhancements for Smoother Copywriting
This sprint includes several small updates to streamline everyday Copywriting tasks:
QA Validation Enhancements – A new orange icon highlights unmet requirements. Text Fields with only an “EMPTY” Merge Field now register as incomplete.
Predefined List Limits – Copywriters can no longer exceed the set input limit for Predefined List Fields, unless “Allow Auto QA Override” is enabled for that Production Type.
Care Instructions – “N/A” is now available for each Care Category, helping cover cases where care info isn’t applicable.
Display Images – Now visible in the Asset Viewer and available in the AI Generate modal. Image position has moved to the bottom of the panel.
Duplicate Style Guides – Style Guides with Copywriting can now be duplicated without inheriting Copywriting configurations.
Layout Names in Deliveries – Layout names are now included in JSON and XML text asset files (not in CSV format).
