Happy Sprint Release Day! We're thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity.

This release includes Talent Short Lists, new properties in Copywriting, sections for Saved Views and more!

We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback. šŸš€

Talent Short Lists

Weā€™re excited to introduce Talent Short Lists, a new tool designed to streamline the selection and approval process for Talent & Crew. Talent Short Lists allow users to create and manage collections of Talent & Crew, add relevant assets, and share the selected options for review.

When setting up a Short List, studio production teams are able to add Talent & Crew options that they would like reviewed and select details to be displayed during review, such as the Talentā€™s size, pronouns, or agency. Assets for each option can be curated and rearranged easily using drag and drop.

Reviewers can provide thumbs-up or thumbs-down feedback, leave comments, and make approval decisions. Review settings can be customized as well to ensure the review experience is controlled and tailored to the individuals who will be giving feedback.

Talent (Model) & Sample Properties in Copywriting

We are also happy to share that Sample and Model (Talent) Properties are now available in Copywriting. This makes it easier than ever to access key details from your Team On Set and the Sample being shot.

In the Copywriting Field settings, you can now add Merge Field tokensā€”such as Sample Size and Model measurements like Height, Bust, and Waistā€”to automatically populate these details into your Copywriting Fields.

Please Note: Model values will only populate in the Copywriting Task if a Creative Force user with the Model skill is assigned to the Team On Set during capture. If this is not the case, the Property values will be left ā€œEMPTYā€.

Sections for Saved Views

Weā€™re excited to introduce a new organization system that allows you to create custom sections for your saved views, making it easier to find what you need.

  • Create Custom Sections: Group saved views by logical groupings to fit your workflow.

  • Reduce Clutter: Maintain a tidy workspace with structured organization.

  • Improve Efficiency: Navigate your views more intuitively.

This update addresses the challenges of managing extensive saved views and enhances your experience with table grids throughout the application, supporting our goal of efficiency and a more organized workspace for all users.

First & Latest Check-in Dates

We have added two new optional columns to enhance product and sample management.

  • First Check-in Date: This column captures the earliest check-in date for any sample linked to a product, starting from this release. This value remains unchanged, even when samples are checked out or re-checked in.

  • Latest Check-in Date: This column shows the most recent check-in date for all samples associated with a product. It updates whenever a sample is checked in or re-checked in, helping you identify the latest updates.

Both columns are available in the Production, Planning (Add Production), and Products views, and support sorting to prioritize products based on check-in history. Note that the First Check-in Date includes some recent historical data, but does not extend to the complete check-in history.

Updates to Color Reference Settings

We are introducing two key updates to improve the flexibility and automation of Color Reference management across jobs. These updates will provide studios with more control over how color references are retained and updated, ensuring a more accurate and streamlined production process.

  • New API Endpoints: These allow studios to delete outdated color references and add new ones without manual intervention. This allows for a more efficient workflow when handling products that undergo color changes over multiple jobs.

  • The ā€œMigrate Color Referenceā€ Setting: This now configurable at the client level rather than the studio level, allowing studios to tailor color reference retention based on client needs.
