Creative Force's enhanced Saved Views feature revolutionizes how you organize and access your customized table views within the platform. The improved organization system introduces powerful features like searchable views, custom sections, and better visibility of shared views to help streamline your workflow. Whether you're managing a handful of views or hundreds, these tools will help you find and access your saved views more efficiently than ever before.

Create new Saved Views/New Sections

Other than the Default View, you can create your custom views for quick access.

  1. Apply your desired filters and column settings to the table

  2. Click "Add New View" to save your current configuration

  3. Enter a name for your view

You can also organize views in Sections.

  1. Click the drop-down arrow next to "Add New View"

  2. Select "New Section" and name it

  3. Drag and drop views into your sections

  4. Use the collapse/expand arrows to manage section visibility

Note: Sections are user specific and cannot be shared or duplicated. A section must be empty before it can be deleted.

Saved Views functionality

  • Search: Use the search bar to quickly find views by typing the view’s name. The search function will look for partial matches and dynamically update for up to 1,000 saved views. This is case-insensitive.

The following actions can be accessed via the three-dot menu next to the view.

Access these options through the three-dot menu next to each view:

  • Share: Make your view available to other users

  • Rename: Change the view name

  • Duplicate: Create a copy of the view

  • Delete: Remove views you own (Default view cannot be deleted)
