Happy Sprint Release Day! We're back with our first release of 2025 and are thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity.
This release includes new display settings, updates to the production and planning tables, new Editorial Galleries, sharing Editorial Final Selection tasks and more.
We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback. 🚀
New Display Settings for Create, Edit, & Import Dialogues
In addition to some new and improved UI, studio teams can now customize which properties are visible in edit, import, and create dialogs across all of our applications, making it easier to focus on the fields that matter most.
This may help your teams find the properties they are responsible for faster and more efficiently, without the need to scroll through all of the available options.
We’ve also added a new search bar in the Edit Properties screen to help you access the desired properties more easily.
Collaborative Selection in Editorial
One of our most-requested updates is sharing assets in Final Selection with a wider audience that includes CF seat holders and team members without CF access. Selection Collections do precisely that, enabling you to share a selection activity with anyone you’d like.
In a Selection Collection you can add markup and comments, approve or reject assets, and see what feedback others have left. You can also specify different roles for each contributor and different review settings for each collection.
Editorial Galleries
You can now organize images in Editorial projects into ‘Galleries’. Think of these as folders for your project images, making it easier to find images when assigning them to deliverables.
In each Editorial project you can create galleries, assign images to one or more galleries, adjust their star ratings and mark them as favorites. You can even assign images to deliverables directly from Project Images.
Additional Columns & Filters for Planning & Production
We’re excited to share some improvements to the available columns and filters throughout the system, namely in the Production tab as well as the Add Production table within Planning. Take a look at the specific changes below.

This update allows teams to filter production tasks based on where they are in the workflow or planning process, streamlining decision-making.
Copywriting Material Composition Field Improved
Now, groups of materials or ‘components’ as we call them in Copywriting can be added multiple times in the same composition. This allows for certain situations where the same component label is needed for two different combinations of materials as part of a larger whole.
Allowing component values to be added multiple times can easily be enabled in the field settings or kept ‘off’ if component labels should only be allowed once by the copywriter working in the task.
