What could be more exciting than having your product description written automatically in a genuine tone of voice? With dreem.ai connected to your Studio in Creative Force, you'll get access to Generative AI for Copywriting developed specifically for eComm content creation.
First and foremost, you will need to enable the dreem.ai connector.
The next thing to note is that dreem.ai will be integrated into your copywriting task, so within Creative Force, to use this connector, you will need to create a workflow that has a copywriting production type and then a corresponding style guide. More about these setups can be found below:
AI automation in Copywriting workflow
Auto-Generated Content On Trigger
The AI Automation settings for each Copywriting Field in the Style Guide will be used to auto-generate text when a task is triggered. Simply put, it takes the same images, instructions, and properties input that is loaded into the Prompt UI of the task and runs it automatically.
Auto-Continue Copywriting Task
Creative Force will auto-continue tasks after auto-generated content is successfully executed. Please note that this action will follow the setting of 'Allow Auto QA Override'. For example, if 'Allow Auto QA Override' is disabled, a task will only be auto-continued in cases where all copywriting field requirements have been fulfilled.
Alternatively, with "Allow Auto QA Override" enabled it is possible to have tasks Auto-Continue to the QC Step without fulfilling all task requirements. The latter might be useful in scenarios where the main product descriptions are auto-generated with AI but other Copywriting Fields are meant for the user doing the QC to do.
Add dreem.ai to the style guide’s configuration
Once you have your workflow and style guide created, you can start integrating dreem.ai to your style guide’s configuration.
Note: dreem.ai is integrated with the field type ‘Text Area’ only.
When you click ‘Continue’ you will see a section for AI automation. Click ‘AI Automation’ and switch on the toggle to set up the configuration per your preference.
Instruction tab
In the 'Prompt Instruction' field, input your template using Template Blocks and Control Structures.
In order to ensure consistency in output format and tone of voice, the Prompt Instruction must follow our dreem.ai templating structure.
Example Prompt Instruction
[language = English_US]
{{technical_specs | informative, to the point, 2 sentences, about the product, first sentence should state the Fit and Fabric, second sentence should describe the appearance of the product}}
This Prompt Instruction template, as an example, will direct the AI to generate two sentences about the product, with the first one incorporating the values of the Fit and Fabric defined as Prompt Properties, and the second line describing the appearance of the product by analyzing the product images in the actual task.
In this example, the AI is instructed to write about very specific information by referring to the Prompt Properties on the other tab of the settings (as described further down in this article).
Important to note:
We recommend writing prompt instructions in English, because the AI models behind the system (ChatGPT, Claude AI etc.) currently work best, with English as input language.
The output can be generated in most languages. So if you want the AI to generate an output in German e.g., keep the instruction template in English, but simply add [language = German_DE]
above your Instruction Template {{ ... }}
section to set the output language you want to generate into the specific Copywriting Field.
This way, it is possible to add a different language for each Text Area field in your copywriting Configuration. If no language tag is added, the AI will default to English.
When the prompt is run in the Copywriting or Copywriting QC Task, the AI can even generate outputs in different languages at the same time.
Properties tab
Here, you can add up to 50 Prompt Properties that will make relevant product data available to the AI in the actual Copywriting task. Prompt Properties are fully customizable for each Text Area Field with AI Automation.
Use the "T" button to browse and search for all your available Product Properties, and just like with any merge field input in Creative Force you can quickly search for the Product Property you want by typing % in the Values input.
Note: If your tasks are set up to be bundled by Style Code, the auto-generated copy will be generated from the first product in that bundle. When a user clicks the "Generate" button on the Task page, the generated text will depend on the Product that is actively selected on the task panel to the right.

Understanding Prompt Instruction Templates in Dreem.ai
Dreem.ai's Prompt Instruction Templates allow users to generate tailored, high-quality e-commerce content by providing specific guidelines that the AI follows when creating text.
These templates consist of two main components: Template Blocks and Control Structures.
Template Blocks, enclosed in double curly braces {{ }}
, define sections of content and specify the desired tone, style, and length. For example, {{ introduction_paragraph | motivational, passionate, 1-2 sentences }}
directs the AI to craft a brief, engaging introduction.
Control Structures, marked by {% %}
, handle loops and conditional statements, adding logic to the templates. By combining these elements, users can create flexible templates that ensure consistency and align with brand guidelines.

How dreem.ai works with copywriting task
When opening a Copywriting task from the Copywriting Kanban view, you can generate text into a specific Field by clicking the icon in the lower right corner or generate all your Text Area fields with AI Automation enabled by clicking the 'Generate' button.
The AI Automation Prompt
The Action "Generate" will open up a prompt called Automation Prompt. Here, you'll see everything that was configured in the Field Settings for a specific Copywriting Field.
With the setting Auto-Generate activated in the workflow, all prompts will be run similarly to clicking the Generate button, except the AI will now work in the background, so your copywriter doesn't have to sit and wait for the AI to generate.
In most cases, the AI-generated copy should be a good draft for the copywriter to review and tweak by writing directly in the text output.
Reference Example (Optional)
Once your Prompt Instructions are carefully crafted to ensure the desired text layout, format, and information output, you can provide a bit of additional context to the AI. Including a high-quality "Reference Example" helps refine the tone of voice and alignment with the format.
A Reference Example can be pre-configured in the AI Automation settings as shown in the example below.
Alternatively, leave it blank and let the copywriter add a Reference Example in the Automation Prompt dialog while working on the Copywriting task.
Please keep in mind that the Prompt Instruction does 95% of the work, while the Reference Example serves as a fine-tuning guide. The AI will therefore not generate perfect copy based on a Reference Example alone, but it can help steer the output in the right direction.
AI Adjustments
For generated text that is more creative or vividly descriptive, AI-powered adjustments can be a useful tool to rapidly explore different ways of phrasing the entire field or specific highlighted sections.
These adjustments are based on generalized AI instructions and the output can vary significantly depending on the action you choose and what you select in the text. Sometimes this can be just the tool you need. Other times a good old manual edit of the copy, might be more suited to your need. :)
When all of the required fields are completed, you can click ‘Continue’ to submit the task.
