The Jobs page under the Production tab is where you can find information about all the existing jobs in the system. From here, you can see the progress of all the jobs or create new jobs, scan products, and much more.

On the Jobs page, you are able to switch between the Filtered View and the Search View. The Filtered View will be similar to the one you see on the Production View where you can change the order of the columns, set filter values, and create and share the view with your teammates. You can also right-click on a job to see the actions menu.

Note: If you filter for Product or Job code, for example, the number of default values displayed in the dropdown is 30 values, enter a specific code to find it.

Below is the Search View. On the left side, it is the filter section. You can filter the products by Clients and then add more conditions to narrow down what you want.

  • Free text: this will find anything from product code, product name, job code, or sample code

  • Deadline date range: find jobs that need to be done in the specific date range

  • Property: filter by property type that you have created

  • Value: the property value that you have created.

When choosing a job, these are the actions you can take:

  • Scan: This will take you to the scanning screen. You can check the samples in for a ‘Job’ or just check the samples in without a specific job when choosing ‘Unlimited’.

  • Update from data source: All the data within a job can be updated from the data source. It only works if you already have the data source set up.

  • Update from file: All the data within a job can be updated from the Excel file. Support file types: .csv, .xlsx, .json

Creative Force now offers three ways to create a job: From file, From scan or Sync from source.

When clicking a job, the job slide-in will appear giving you more details about that job. You can see the production progress at each step, which products are done, edit job properties…etc.

Note: The External Post progress bar calculates 'Completed tasks' which includes both 'Done' and 'Bypassed' tasks.

Click ‘View’ to see the job details in full screen. You will see that there are two ‘Actions’ menus.

  • The top ‘Actions’ menu is for the whole job. This includes all the actions in ‘Actions’ button in the Job page and in the 3-dots menu in the Job slide in.

  • The bottom ‘Actions’ menu is for the products in the job. This includes all the actions you can do when choosing a product.

From this detailed job view, you can filter the production by Products, Outfits, Production types, and by Style guides. You can also choose to show only All products, Primary products or Secondary products. All these options will give you more ways to see the production progress.

You can also expand the job view by clicking on the 2-way arrow in the top right corner.

Note:
Product code must be a unique identifier, it cannot be the same as Sample code or Outfit code.
