This article is to show how to get the debugging info to help Creative Force Team fix an issue if that should appear. This could be an error on the page or a specific task. Below is described/showed how to get the debugging info for each page or task in our apps.
Gamma get General debugging info
If you get an error on a page then click on the menu in the top right corner and choose "Debug info". The "Debug info" is now copied to your clipboard.
Gamma get debugging info on a specific task
If you get an error on a specific task or several tasks you can click on the three-dot menu on the task or one of the tasks that gives the error and choose "Debug info".
The "Debug info" is now copied to your clipboard.
Kelvin get debugging info on Capture screen
If you get an error on Capture screen click on the three-dot menu in the lower left corner and choose "Debug info". The "Debug info" is now copied to your clipboard.
Kelvin get debugging info on Transfer screen
If you get an error on the Transfer screen for a transfer or several transfers click on the three-dot menu of the transfer or one af the transfers that gives the error and choose "Debug info". The "Debug info" is now copied to your clipboard.
HUE get General debugging info
If you get an error in HUE click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner and choose "Debug info". The "Debug info" is now copied to your clipboard.
