Access Style Guides V2 by going to the Production tab and selecting Style Guides V2. This area provides a full list of your existing style guides, where you can:
Click Add Style Guide to create a new one.
Hover over a guide to Edit, View, or Print it.
Click Edit to modify settings.
Style Guide Settings
Left Panel Options:
Enable or Disable: Disable Style Guides to exclude them from production and Job imports. Style Guides are enabled by default.
Edit Name: Rename for better organization.
Upload Cover Image: Add a visual identifier.
Add Description: Provide context for quick reference.
Upload Supporting Files: Include instructions or additional context.

Production Types
Choose and configure production types that fit your workflow. You can use pre-set options or create custom ones. When selected, a dedicated tab for each production type appears for further customization.
Category Triggers
Category triggers let Creative Force automatically assign products to style guides during imports.
Add or edit triggers by clicking + or typing into the text field.
Triggers are case-insensitive, so formatting doesn’t matter.
When done, click Save in the top-right corner to keep your updates.
