Happy Sprint Release Day! We're thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity.

This release includes more planning details in Production and Kanban screens, custom scan behaviors for samples with flow alerts, and displaying truncated text.

We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback. 🚀

Planning Columns & Filters

We’ve expanded the usability of your Planning Calendar data across key screens. You can now use new columns and apply filters derived from the Planning Calendar—like session details, assigned team members, and set locations—within the following tabs:

  • Production Tab

  • Assets Hub

  • Kanban Screens (Final Selection, Internal Post, QC, and more)

This update lets you quickly use and reference details such as production planning status, session start and end dates, and planned team assignments.

Merge Tokens for Planned Session Properties

Merge tokens for Planned Session Properties are now available, enabling you to add session-specific details—like Session Properties, start and end dates, and team assignments—across key areas of your workflow.

These updates apply to:

  • Presets > Metadata

  • Style Guide > External Post Folders

  • Asset Delivery > Folder Creation

By embedding session data directly into metadata and folder structures, this update strengthens the connection between your images, workflows, and Planning Calendar information, creating a more seamless production process.

Scan Behavior on Alerts

This release introduces a new feature called ‘Scan Behavior on Alerts’ which allows you to customize how the system handles barcode scans when a Flow Alert is active. You can choose from one of three options:

  1. Ignore Alert (Default): the next scan will bypass the alert and continue with the process.

  2. Confirm Action: the next scan will trigger the primary action, enabling a hands-free workflow.

  3. Disable Scan Interaction: scanning will be disabled, requiring you to use the mouse or keyboard to proceed.

These options give you the flexibility to select the approach that best fits your workflow, alleviating uncertainty and providing you control over the actions taken.

Displaying Truncated Text

Long text, like product names or properties, is often shortened with an ellipsis (…). Now, you can simply hover over the text to see the full version in a tooltip. We made this improvement in a variety of places including:

  • Ecom: the Create Job modal, Style Guide dropdowns, various areas of the Production table

  • Editorial: the Create Project and Create Deliverable modals, various areas of the Production and Project tables

Keep an eye out for more areas to be added in the future!
