Happy Sprint Release Day! We're thrilled to bring you some new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity.

This release includes the ability to add instructions on the Photo Review step, Session Favorite Control, sharing options for scan flows, and improvements to the outfit creation process.

We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback. 🚀

Photo Review: Mark For Instruction

With today’s release, users can now mark images for instruction within the Photo Review step.

These instructions can then be passed along to the next steps in post-production. In addition to adding new instructions during Photo Review, existing instructions added during Pre-Selection and Final Selection will be editable during the Photo Review task.

Automated Session Favorite Folders in Capture One

We're excited to introduce a new Session Favorite Control setting in Kelvin, designed to streamline your workflow with Capture One. Now, as production tasks are scanned in Kelvin, Session Favorite Folders will automatically be created and selected in Capture One.

This eliminates the need for manual folder creation, saving time and reducing errors during the shoot. This new setting can be found in the Kelvin Capture One Integration settings, where you can also define the naming convention for these Session Favorite folders.

Share Scan Flows with Your Team

A couple of sprints ago, we introduced new customizable scan flows. In this sprint, we introduce a small but powerful enhancement that allows you to share the flows you create with your teammates. This means you can ensure that all team members have access to the same flows without the need to rebuild them repeatedly.

Asset Count by Star Rating

We’ve made it easy to identify how many assets have each star rating across all task pages in Editorial and E-Comm. Clicking on the star rating icons in the page header will reveal a handy dropdown displaying the counts. This dropdown can also be used to select which star ratings you’d like to display.

View Asset Details in Display Area

When you’re in film strip mode during Pre-Selection or Final Selection, you can now view the file name and star rating under the asset in the primary viewing area. Simply check either - or both - of these from the Display Options dropdown.

Improvements to Outfit Creation

We've made several small updates making it easier to create, modify, and print outfits quickly, helping teams handle higher volumes more efficiently.

Users can now edit outfit properties and print outfit sheets directly during the creation process. In addition to this, we’ve combined the print configuration and preview into a single screen to reduce clicks.
