Happy sprint release day! 🎉

Today we’re coming to you with a new format where we give a bit more space to properly introduce our most exciting updates.

We love hearing your feedback and would appreciate your thoughts on our Release Notes. Please feel free to let us know what information is most valuable to you using the contact info at the bottom.

Sync Work Files To The Creative Force Cloud

Have you ever had to restart a rejected task because your PSD files have no layers, and you didn't have the original work files from the previous retoucher?

That problem is coming to an end with our latest update to Hue, our app for Internal Post Production in Creative Force. You can now sync your work files to the Creative Force Cloud when you complete a task in Hue.

With Work File Sync activated, Creative Force automatically uploads your PSD or PSB files via Hue when tasks are completed. This is useful if a task gets rejected or is followed by a second Internal Post step. The task will then show that work files are available from the Creative Force Cloud, allowing the retoucher to download and use them.

We'll keep your files safe in the cloud for up to a year, depending on your Studio Settings, so you can access them if you need to adjust any delivered assets later.

Learn more and reach out to your CSM if you want to get your hands on it.

Data Source: Improved Column Mapping and Performance Updates

We are also excited to announce significant updates to our Data Source sync service, enhancing efficiency and reliability. Our improved service handles large data sources which will provide a more consistent experience.

Additionally, users can now re-map and add new columns without recreating the data source and easily decide which products to sync. These updates streamline the management of large data volumes, minimize downtime, and ensure smooth processing without impacting other data sources.

New Features in Kelvin for Managing Shoot Samples

The latest release of Kelvin introduces new features and settings for improved sample management and validation. Kelvin now displays sample information in the task display, helping users confirm they are working with the appropriate sample.

Users can now check comprehensive sample details including size, check-in status, and location, directly in the task display and during sample selection.

The new Sample Management section in Kelvin Settings allows for customizable setup with automated sample selection and enhanced location update controls. These updates aim to reduce manual tasks, minimize errors, and support a wider variety of studio workflows.

Duplicate Editorial Deliverables

Creating projects just got a lot easier with our latest update: Duplicate Deliverables!

With this feature, you can select a deliverable you’d like to duplicate, choose the details you’d like copied, and presto! - your new deliverables are ready to go.

Duplicates are particularly helpful when there are a lot of Products, Samples, Creative Brief, and Workflow details shared across your deliverables. They can also kick-start project creation by duplicating deliverables from one project into another.
