Don’t get stuck delivering to the wrong location! Should you ever need to change the delivery location for a production type mid-production, the ability to apply updates to individual production types without resetting to Photography will allow you to do this without losing valuable work.
To add a delivery location, you’ll want to go to the latest version of the associated workflow and click “Add additional method” under the Asset Delivery tab:
Once that is updated, you’ll want to save the workflow and update the style guide to make any necessary adjustments to the Delivery Matrix:
You can then go to the main Style Guide page and use Actions > Apply Updates to choose which products or production types you want to apply this update to.
In this case, you can choose the following options:
If your production type has not yet completed Asset Delivery, you can set the action to “Apply Updates without Resetting”
If your production type has already finished the Asset Delivery step, you can set the action as “Apply Updates & Reset to Current Step”, which will apply the delivery method update and re-trigger asset delivery.
