Two Factor Authentication apps that Creative Force supports

To connect 2FA with your account, you will need to download these below apps on your phone:

  • Google Authenticator

  • MS Authenticator

  • Authy

  • LastPass Authenticator


Google Authenticator

Open the app and click "begin setup" you now have 2 choices popping up at the bottom of the screen "Scan Barcode" or "Manual entry" click on "Scan Barcode" and say yes to let the app use your camera as you need that to be able to scan the QR Code in Creative Force.
You now scan the QR Code and in the app get a code that can be entered in Creative Force to verify.
If the code is valid you can click "Enroll" and you have done the setup. Next time you log in to Creative Force it will ask you for the 2FA code.


MS Authenticator

When you open the app it will ask you to add a personal account and you click on that option. Here you can add the credentials for the Microsoft account you are using. Once that is done, there is sent a code to your email must be entered into the app to verify your account. You are asked to turn on your notifications and once that is done you are good to go. You can now click on the "+" in the top right corner to add an account. Click on "Work" and the camera opens and is ready to scan the QR Code in Creative Force.


Authy

When you open the app the first you are asked, is to add your cellphone number. Once you hit "OK" you can add your email address and then choose if you want to get account verifications via Phone call or SMS. Click SMS and you will be asked to enter the registration code that is sent to you shortly after you clicked SMS. If the code is valid you are asked to allow notifications sent to you.
You will now see a screen that says "You don't have any accounts yet" click on the "+" to add an account and you can now scan the QR Code in Creative Force.


LastPass Authenticator

When you open the app you are asked to add an account. You do that by hitting the "+" in the bottom right corner. You can now choose between "Enter Manually" or "Scan Barcode". Click on "Scan Barcode" and you are asked to allow the app to use your camera, and you need that to be able to scan the QR Code in Creative Force.
Once you scan the code in Creative Force you can set up your account.
