When you log into Creative Force you will see the screen below where you can enter the security code from the app you are using. 

If you should lose your device or somehow have deleted the app you use for 2FA, then you can't log in using the 6-digit code and have to use a back-up code. You can then click on the link "Use Back-up Code" you find it below the field where you should enter the 2FA code.

<br>​<i>Note: You can get the back-up code from an Administrator of the Studio or you can use those you might have generated yourself on your account. </i>
