Easily conduct Quality Control (QC) across multiple tasks alongside individual product QC.
How to Access Bulk QC: The BULK QC button will appear above the "Doing" column whenever you have multiple picked tasks in either the “To Do” or “Doing” columns. Bulk QC is available for both Internal Post QC and External Post QC processes.
Note: Only Account Owners and Admin users can release assigned tasks.
Bulk QC provides a grid-style view for streamlined processing of your picked tasks. Here, you can customize the display using the settings icon or to show or hide images by variant code. To compare image versions, simply select an image and press the space bar.
In this view, you'll see:
The total count of images requiring QC
A breakdown of images per task
If you wish to exclude specific tasks from progressing to the next step, toggle ‘excluded’ to keep them paused.
On the right hand side, you will see three different tabs:
Post: View file information, auto QA, supporting files for the task and instructions from the previous step.
Product: Access product data.
Styling: View outfit information.
Depending on your workflow, add instruction notes for post-production by pressing ALT + I. If an image doesn’t meet quality standards, reject it back to post-production by pressing ALT + R. For bulk actions, go to the Actions button to mark all images for instruction or rejection at once.
