Happy Sprint Release Day! 🚀

This sprint, our team has been focused on strengthening Creative Force's foundation through important security enhancements and system improvements. While less visible on the surface, updates like this help maintain a robust, secure platform you can rely on every day.

In the meantime, we’re continuing to cook up some great new features that we can't wait to share with you in the coming sprints. Stay tuned for more updates, and as always, we're eager to hear your thoughts and feedback.

Usability Improvements to Copywriting

We are excited to share a handful of small but impactful improvements to our Copywriting extension, making it easier to identify and resolve setup issues more efficiently.

This update includes:

  • Users can now hover over the circular counter icons in the top-right corner of Copywriting tasks to easily identify which fields are still missing content.

  • Clicking the field name from this popup will automatically select the appropriate item within the Copywriting task, making it easy to finish up all required fields.

  • The “Care Instructions” field type has been improved so that users navigating with arrow keys have a smoother experience when selecting from the list of icons.

On the Style Guide, we've added a few improvements, too.

  • A pencil icon now appears next to the name of each Layout so that individual Layouts may be opened directly.

  • When editing a Layout, we’ve included the option to “Edit” a Field directly from each field box’s 3-dot menu for easier updating.

Improved Variant Fan-Out with Bulk Tasks

The Bulk Fan-Out feature in Hue's Bulk Actions panel now includes improved variant selection capabilities. Studios can select specific variant numbers (e.g., spec-1, spec-2, etc.) across multiple images using new Quick Select options. These options complement the existing "All" and "None" selections, providing more granular control over variant creation.

This enhancement is particularly valuable for studios with standardized variant specifications. For example, when variants regularly follow the same e-commerce specifications, users can quickly select and fan out just those variants across multiple products.

Support Free Text Search for Collection Name

In Kanban screens for Photo Review, Post Review, and Final Selection, you can now use the Free Text Search to find tasks belonging to a specific Collection. This update can locate current-version tasks in a Collection as well as the Collection Name from previous task versions.
