Scanning labels is a lifesaver—it speeds things up and keeps your workflow smooth. In Creative Force, you already know you can scan Product Code and Sample Code. But wait, there’s more! Now you can enable the Alternative Sample Code feature to make the process even better.
The Alternative Sample Code is an add-on feature, reach out to your CSM if you want to enable it in your Studio.
How It Works
When you scan the Alternative Sample Code, here’s what Creative Force does:
Exact Match First: It looks for an exact match to the code you scanned.
Containing Match Second: If there’s no exact match, it checks for a partial match.
Latest Item Wins: If multiple items match, the most recently created item will be selected.
For other values, Creative Force sticks to finding an Exact Match.
