Reviewing assets isn’t just a step; it’s a mission-critical process. It's how you refine and approve those show-stopping visuals before delivering them to clients. Creative Force makes this smoother with Automatic Round Tracking—a feature that lets you track feedback rounds like a pro.

Enabling Automatic Round Tracking

This feature is exclusive to Post Review Collections. You can enable it when you create the Collection:

  1. Navigate to the three-dot menu for your collection.

  2. Select Enable Automatic Round Tracking—and voilà!

Setting up Experience Settings

After enabling Automatic Round Tracking, you can enable the Experience Settings. These settings let you control how reviewers see and interact with assets.

  • Round Compare: By default, it is enabled. If disabled, the reviewers will not see the round number tags (like R1, R2…).

  • Version Compare: By default, it is enabled. If disabled, the reviewers will not be able to compare the assets versions.

  • Approved Assets Visibility:

    • Show: Default option, reviewers always see all assets.

    • Hide: Reviewers will not see approved assets.

    • Tone Down: Dim approved assets, highlighting pending ones.

Collections Status

Throughout the review process, you as the Collection Owner will see real-time status updates of your Collection.

You can filter the Collection by its status on the Production page, Post Review kanban page and the Review Collections page.

  1. New: Default status when you save a collection.

  2. Ready For Review: Automatically set if all tasks aren’t marked as Done or QC Rejected.

  3. Published: Triggered when invitations are sent.

  4. Review In Progress: This kicks in as soon as a reviewer opens the invite link or you comment on an image. Removing comments won’t reset this status. Unless the Collection Owner manually changes it to Decision Submitted.

5. Decisions Submitted: Once all decision-makers submit their decisions, this status updates itself.

6. Awaiting New Versions: Appears only if Automatic Round Tracking is enabled and tasks are rejected by the decision-makers.

7. Review Completed: Achieved when all tasks are marked as Done.

Collection Rounds Tracking

Turn on Automatic Round Tracking, and watch the magic unfold:

  1. The first review round is tagged as R1.

  2. If assets get rejected, the status changes to Awaiting New Versions.

  3. When new versions arrive, it bumps up to R2 (and so on), and you’re back to Ready for Review.

At this moment, you as the Collection Owner should click Send Invitations to alert your reviewers about fresh asset updates.

For reviewers: They’ll spot an R2 (and so on) tag on updated assets, while previously approved assets stay locked at R1—no more re-decisions needed!

Collection Versions Comparing

In Gamma or the Reviewer’s interface, you can go full-screen to compare versions side-by-side:

  • Click Version Compare to compare versions side-by-side.

  • Click on the Round number to see edits over time.

  • Hop into the Comments tab to check feedback from each round.
