Account owner and Admin user, both are the highest-level users in your Creative Force instance. But there are differences between these roles that you should know.
Account owner is the first account that is created. You can change the account owner to one of your admin users here.

Note:
When adding a new user, the default country + default time zone of that user will be the same as the Account Owner user of that studio.
