Simplifying User Permissions
We have made some improvements to the User Skills and Roles in Creative Force, as we mentioned in an email last week. These changes will enhance user management by clearly defining permissions to make setup more streamlined.
Skills will no longer be tied to application access and permissions within Creative Force. Instead, Skills will be used to track and manage capability and allow users to be assigned in Planning and Kelvin. For example, a user with the "Art Director" skill can be assigned the "Art Director" role on the day of shoot.
Additionally, we have added two new permissions, "Task Management" and "Task Execution," to the User Role menu. "Task Management" grants access to the appropriate Kanban boards, while "Task Execution" sets permissions to complete tasks like Final Selection.
No action is required on your part. We will migrate user Skills and Roles from our backend to ensure uninterrupted access.

Allow "Maintain filenames from External Post step" for all post-approach models.
Updated Color Change with improved marker interaction and display of color properties.

Fixed a bug with Tiff auto-variants losing layers.
Fixed an issue with incorrect DPI on auto variants.
Fixed error found when assigning Data Source or adding new Asset Delivery Location.
Resolved a bug causing "Get client delivery connection failed" error.
Fixed a bug with an alert for Apply Updates for Style Guides freezing while updating.
Fixed an issue with missing asset transfer log on the Rejection html for the External Post Vendor.
Fixed bug causing "Task is currently queued for transfer" error during External Post.
Resolved External Post FTP transfer issue due to login error.
Fixed "Edit" button disappearing from the Locations screen at some resolutions.
Fixed “No Available Data” error shown during Product reset.
Resolved bug in Hue resulting in mixed image order.
Fixed task availability bug in Internal Post Production.
Fixed inconsistencies in Team on Set names displaying properly.
