On the Production view, you will be able to see the step status of each product: Ready to Start, Started, and Finished.

Learn to re-organize the order of the column and customize your own Production view here.

Checking the Step Status is a handy feature when you want to track how long it takes to do one step or see if there is a sudden delay on a particular step.

At Photography:

  • Ready to start: the product is at To Do and is ready to be shot

  • Started: the transfer of the images was initiated and the status changes from To Do -> In Progress

  • Finished: the transfer of the images is complete and the status changes from In Progress to Done

At Final Selection, Photo Review, Internal Post and QC:

  • Ready to start: the product is at To Do and is ready to be processed

  • Started: the task is picked and the status changes from To Do -> In Progress

  • Finished: the task is completed and the status changes from In Progress to Done

At External Post:

Sending and receiving back the tasks are processed automatically by the system.

  • Ready to start: the product is at To Do and ready to be sent to the external vendor destination.

  • Started: the product is received by the external vendor successfully and the status changes from To Do to In Progress

  • Finished: the product is received by Creative Force successfully and the status changes from In Progress to Done

Know more about troubleshooting files that are not returned from External Post here.

At Asset Delivery:

This step is processed automatically by the system so the change from To Do to In Progress is instant, therefore, there is no time stamp on the Ready to start.

  • Started: the task is being processed and the status changes from To Do -> In Progress

  • Finished: the task is completed and the status changes from In Progress to Done
