Checking in samples is not a manual job with Creative Force, you can just set up a barcode scanner and it will make your life a lot easier.

In order for the barcode scanner to work, you just need to make sure it has the carriage return set up correctly. Effectively means that when it scans a barcode, it also hits enter afterward to confirm the scan.

You can check if your scanner has the carriage return by using this website: https://www.textmagic.com/free-tools/unicode-detector.

You can place your cursor in the box, and scan a barcode, if it appears like the below, with an orange return sign, then a carriage return has been enabled.

Otherwise, consult the barcode scanner manual to set up the carriage return and from there you can start using the barcode scanner with Creative Force!
