Creative Force offers unparalleled end-to-end management of your product data. The Assets Hub acts as a hub for all asset data related to your products and their productions. In the Assets Page, you can browse, filter, download, or even construct contact sheets with your related assets.
Assets Overview
At every completed Workflow Step in your Production, assets will be saved to Creative Force and associated with your Product data.
Once an asset has been associated with a product or production, you can view it via the Assets tab in Gamma. Just click 'Assets' across the top menu bar to get started.
Assets Permissions
In order to access the Assets Hub, a user's role must have at least 'View' permissions for the Assets Hub under Assets Permissions.

Filters & Views
Filtering and saved views allow additional customization of your asset hub experience. In the sections below, we will talk through applying filters and saving them as custom views.
Asset Filters
To apply filters for which assets should show in the gallery, select the filter icon and then apply the desired filter. To remove an applied filter, hover over it and select the 'X' icon to the top right of the element.
In the table below, we will cover a few unique or especially useful filter options for navigating your assets.
Filter Option | Function |
Media Type | Select an asset type to be displayed in the gallery.
eg, only show videos or image-type assets. |
People | Only show assets related to a specific person associated with productions by role.
eg, only show assets captured by Photographer > X, or only show assets featuring Model > Y. |
Workflow > Step | Select a specific Workflow step to show only assets that were completed during that Production Step.
eg, only see assets that were returned from External Post. |
Advanced > Preset | Select a specific Preset, and only show assets that were associated with that Preset during production. |
Advanced > Preset Output | Choose whether you want to only see main outputs or variant outputs from a Preset. |
Saved Views
After having applied filters to your page, you can opt to save the selected filters as a new view. This allows you to apply specific combinations of complex filters for a specific function and return to them later without having to reapply them.
When a view has been saved, you can access the 3-dot menu beside it in the menu to share the view with other users, duplicate the view, rename it, or delete it.
🗣️ Tip: ‘All Assets’ is the system default view, so you cannot delete it. You can only duplicate this view.
📝 Note: Saved views will only save filtering information and will not apply specific display settings applied at the time of creating the view.
Downloading Assets
There are a number of ways you can select assets to download from the Asset Hub.
Select a single asset thumbnail to highlight it.
Hold down Command + click additional assets with the mouse to select multiple.
Select one asset + hold down shift + select another asset to select all assets between the first and last selected.
Once you have selected your intended assets, either right-click and select Download Assets from the Menu or use the Actions button at the top right to initiate the download.
After initiating the download, a pop-up menu will appear asking you to confirm the quality and file structure.
