We’re back with another round of updates designed to make your Creative Force experience smarter, faster, and more intuitive. ⚡
This sprint introduces enhancements to Vendor Portal, workflow branching, and more. Let us know what you think, and we'll see you in another two weeks!
VPI: Auto Mapping Improvements
Vendor Portal auto-mapping is now more flexible and accurate.
You can auto-map assets using additional identifiers beyond Exact Filename Match, Product Code, or Vendor Material Code - such as Style Code, Sample Code, Product Name, and selected Custom Properties. You may combine up to five methods with a priority order, and enable optional “Close Match” logic (normalization and partial matching) for inconsistent naming.
Admins can also define default auto-mapping settings per vendor, ensuring simplified usage of Vendor Portal for external vendors. Your last-used configuration is saved with a one-click reset to vendor defaults.
New “Done with Instruction” Transition in Workflow V2
We've added a new transition type in Workflow V2 that routes production based on whether or not the task contains images that have been marked for instructions. This new transition eliminates the need for manual flow selection in these scenarios.
Additionally, we've improved the workflow builder UI to make it easier to distinguish between transitions that are determined by conditional rules versus those that require manual user selection.
Conditional Derived Workflows in V2
We've introduced conditional rules for derived workflows, a powerful new feature that allows workflows to branch into alternative paths based on specific conditions.
Users can now configure rules that automatically route production through different workflow paths based on production type, style guide properties, or other conditional logic. This feature is particularly useful for scenarios where certain products require parallel, additional processing steps, allowing studios to maintain a clean main workflow while accommodating edge cases and special requirements through conditional branches.
Add Deliverable Details to Assets Hub Slide-In
You can now view all deliverable details in the slide-in in Assets Hub! Previously select details about the deliverable were shown, and now all deliverable details are shown including deliverable properties, pre-selection assets and all deliverable assets.
