Happy Sprint Release Day! πŸš€

We're thrilled to bring you more new enhancements designed to improve your team's productivity. This release introduces Color Labels across Creative Force, a new Standard Report in Insights, and a small improvement to Kelvin drop-downs.

We're always eager to hear your thoughts, so don't hesitate to share your feedback.

Color Labels

Color labels are now available for use in Creative Force! These colorful icons are a helpful way to communicate a wide variety of information about an image beyond star ratings, like which assets need an AD approval, where you stopped reviewing assets before taking a coffee break, or which assets are the best of the best.

In our Capture application, Kelvin, you can specify color labels for assets similar to how you set star ratings. Color labels applied in other applications, such as Capture One, can be viewed in Creative Force when included in the asset metadata.

Color labels can be viewed and changed wherever assets are shown in the web app by clicking the color swatch icon next to star ratings. You can also filter by Color Labels by clicking the color swatch in the header area of task pages.

New Sample Flow Diagram in Insights

We’ve released a new Studio Report: the Sample Flow Diagram. This report is made up of both a Cumulative Flow Diagram as well as a Flow Input/Output Diagram. You can find the Report in the "Flow Reports" section of our Studio Reports in Insights.

The Cumulative Flow Diagram helps you track the progression of samples through three key stages: Waiting to Check-In, Checked-In, and Checked-Out. On the right-hand side of this report, you can find KPIs with a 1-week rolling average of the number of samples in each stage.

In the Flow Input/Output Diagram, you can see how samples move between stages each day.

  • Input shows the number of samples entering a specific stage.

  • Output shows the number of samples leaving that stage for the next one.

Improved Drop-Downs in Kelvin

We’ve introduced a small but impactful improvement to drop-down menus in Kelvin, our Capture application. You can now start typing to filter the list of options, making it quicker and easier to find the right one. This functionality, already standard in our web application, brings added efficiency to your Kelvin workflow.
