Asset Color Labels in Creative Force are a helpful way to communicate more about an image than star ratings alone. For example, you can mark which assets need approval, note where you paused reviewing before a coffee break, or highlight the best of the best.

Studio Settings

You can control which users are able to view and edit Color Labels in Studio Settings > User Roles > Assets.

Color Labels from Other Tools

Color labels from tools like Capture One, globaledit and Lightroom will appear in Creative Force as long as they were included in the asset metadata when exported or downloaded from these tools.

Kelvin & Capture

In Kelvin, our Capture application, you can specify color labels for assets similar to how you set star ratings. You can also filter by color labels by clicking the color label swatch next to the star rating filter at the bottom left corner of the screen.

Gamma

Color Labels can be viewed and changed wherever assets are shown in the web application by clicking the color swatch icon next to the asset's star rating. You can also filter by Color Labels by clicking the color swatch in the header area of task pages.
