Creating deliverables in Creative Force is straightforward and takes just a few clicks. However, sometimes you need similar deliverables and creating them from scratch is time-consuming and repetitive. This is where duplicate deliverables come into play. With this option, you can copy the existing deliverables including their products, samples, workflows, and images to any of your active projects.

Where to Find Duplicate Deliverables

This option is available for all deliverables, and there are a few places where you can find it. You must have Edit permissions for Editorial deliverables.

Project Details -> Deliverable -> three-dot menu on each deliverable.

Deliverable Slide-in -> three-dot menu

Production Tab -> Editorial Deliverables -> three-dot menu on each deliverable

How it Works

After clicking on Duplicate Deliverable, you will see a settings box to define the requirements for the copied deliverable.

Here, you can define:

  • New Deliverable Name: What you’d like the new deliverable(s) named. If multiple duplicates are being made, they will have the same name but end with a different number.

  • Number of Duplicates: The minimum is 1 and the maximum is 20.

  • Destination Project: You can duplicate the deliverable to any project that is To Do or In Progress.

  • Deliverable Details: Which elements from the source deliverable you’d like to duplicate.

    • You will need to select at least one item to duplicate.

    • If the destination project is of a different client, you will not be able to copy Deliverable Owner, Presets, Custom Properties, Workflow Assignees, Creative Brief, Products & Samples, Images and Documents. However, you can select the Workflow steps. Please refer to the detail table below on what will be duplicated when the destination client is different.

    • From the source deliverable, the maximum file count is 2,000 images; 1,000 products & samples, and 200 documents.
