There might be cases where you have issues transferring or uploading from Kelvin or Hue, our support team will ask you to do the speed tester and the system requirements checker to check your network.
This article will show you how you can do those within our applications.
For Mac
Click Kelvin or Hue and then select Speed tester or System requirements checker. You don’t need to login to do this action.
On Windows
Click Help in Kelvin or Hue and then Speed Tester or System requirements checker. The test will run automatically, you can take a screenshot of the result and share it with our support team.
