We’re pleased to announce the release of Third Party AI Connectors from Bria, Cloudinary, Cutout Pro and Photoroom. These connectors and their subfunctions support frequent post-production needs like Background Removal, Background Blur, Increase Resolution and Sharpen & Upscale.

Testers for the Third Party AI Connectors are accessible in Studio Settings > Connectors; using the testers is free and doesn’t require a third party account. Using Third Party AI Connectors in production workflows requires Workflow Engine V2 and accounts with the third parties.

Some Third Party AI Connectors only return file types that are not ideal for your workflow. To ensure you get the desired file type back to your workflow, we created a File Conversion subfunction that converts files returned by AI into your desired file type.

The File Conversion subfunction is included in the Creative Force AI Connector and can be tested in Studio Settings > Connectors. To use File Conversion in production workflows, simply add it after the cloud automation that doesn’t return your desired file type.

Testers for Image to Video, Product Tagging and Third Party AI Connectors are now available by default for all customers in Studio Settings > Connectors, giving you easy access to explore our AI features.

This update makes it easier for you to discover and test the various ways Creative Force is bringing the power of AI to your workflows.

Webhook configuration is now more powerful and scalable with enhanced filtering controls to reduce unnecessary event traffic and improve delivery performance. You can now select specific webhook events (not just event groups), and further narrow triggers by workspace and step category for step-related events. The webhook configuration screen has also been reorganized into clear tabs - Settings, Custom Headers, and Filter - making setup easier and more intuitive.

These improvements help prevent webhook flooding, reduce delivery delays, and minimize load on customer systems - especially for high-volume environments. Existing webhook setups are automatically migrated to the new model to ensure full backward compatibility, with default settings preserving current behavior and requiring no action from customers.

Color Matching is now more resilient with a new option: “Use Selection from the First Production Type.” This automatically creates the color reference from whichever production type is shot first, preventing workflow blockers when a specific source production type is skipped, shot later, or disabled by conditions.

You can also enable multiple color reference positions per production type, ensuring a fallback reference is available if the primary position becomes unavailable (for example due to conditional rules). Together, these improvements reduce the need for manual color reference uploads, keep photography workflows moving smoothly, and increase successful color matching across production types.

Both of the above changes are available for Workflows and Style Guides V2 only.
